About-Faces (Sennen Ludman (Vocals & Guitar), Joseph Schofield (Drums), Danielle Capstick (Keyboard & Vocals), Nigel Ngwenya (Bass) and Cormac Connolly (Lead Guitar) are a Leeds-based alt-rock powerhouse, driven by a shared passion for music that pushes boundaries and lyrics that speak to the search for escape and meaning in everyday life. This five-piece band is laser-focused on crafting anthemic, arena-ready tracks that pack a punch. Their sound is a vibrant fusion of energetic instrumentals, with Sennen’s distinctive northern vocals blending seamlessly with Danielle's haunting harmonies to create something truly special.

Far from being fresh faces on the scene, about-faces brings a wealth of experience to the table. Before the formation of this group, all but Danielle were members of the well-known indie band Sounds Like A Storm, who gained national recognition for their high-energy performances. They’ve shared stages with Twisted Wheel, King No-One, and made waves at major festivals like Leeds and Reading, Live at Leeds, and Tramlines. Their music has spun across airwaves on BBC Radio 1, BBC Introducing, Radio X, and BBC Radio 6. Guitarist Nigel Ngwenya also made his mark with Atlanta House, performing alongside Circa Waves and Marsicans, even gracing the stage at Manchester’s Etihad Stadium.
